Halloween is here, people, and if you haven’t realized how fast it’s approaching, then you might be scrambling to figure out what to do for the holiday. If you’re trying to figure out when trick-or-treating in Knoxville TN and the surrounding area is, we’ve got you covered here, don’t worry.
|Roane||6:00 p.m.||8:00 p.m.|
As it turns out, things aren’t as strict here in Tennessee as they’ve become in other areas around the country. All counties trick-or-treating will actually take place on Halloween, which is, of course, October 31st. Most counties simply have hours listed as 5:30 p.m. to dusk, with the only strict count being Roane which runs from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Remember to keep your porch light on if you want kids to stop at your house or leave it off if you don’t.
Trick or Treat in the Cave
In addition to regular trick or treating, we thought we’d highlight a pretty cool, special event. Taking place at 8524 Oak Ridge Highway in town, you can take your kids to a fun trick-or-treating event in the Cherokee Caverns. From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday the 26th, or 3-8:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday, you can take children aged 4 and up for just $10 per person. Enjoy the incredible scenery of the Cherokee Caverns while wearing your favorite costumes and trick-or-treating in an incredibly unique way, with plenty of surprises, treats & activities to enjoy.
However or wherever you spend your holiday this year, we simply want to extend a fond Happy Halloween from all of us here at Viles Automotive!
Each season has its benefits and drawbacks. Winter is a beautiful season but it’s often too cold, while summer is the opposite. Spring would probably be perfect if it wasn’t for all the rain. Autumn is the only season that we can’t really think of a drawback. There’s some stunning scenery thanks to the changing leaves, you can get almost anything pumpkin flavored, and there are all kinds of fun activities to participate in, from perusing pumpkin patches and apple orchards to taking a hayride and much more. We thought we’d look at one activity in particular and give you a few options for where to go, and that’ll be some fun corn mazes near Knoxville TN! Read the rest of this entry
